This damn panhandling is getting crazy

Hey. I know that guy....

when i see gals now out begging i suppose before the cleaned up brownsville they would be street walking instead. it has gotten out of hand in pcoal and is not the same in other towns

Shit now Destin even has panhandlers... when I pull up to a gas station if I see someone(panhandler) walking around, I'll drive to the next gas station or pretend I'm on my phone.

They're not always as adorable as the one in the pic tho .
