need some advice

ok been on ASPD since 06 then on here when it went away and have rarely ventured off this board or P411. So my question is without regards to the service you might receive is there any way to tell if a provider is legit like one on backpage. I have googled the phone number and only her ads come up. I do not know how to post a link LOL or use tineye. So I guess the real question is when calling is there particulars questions one should ask? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
If she masks her phone number in some way, that's a red flag.
She might spell out a digit: 2 one 4
She might substitute an O for a 0 (letter vs. number).
She might put spaces or symbols between digits: 2 1 * 4 & 2 (( 7 ^ 621

If you call the number and she asks whom you're calling for, she may have ads under various names or be an agency.

Outcall only is a pinkish flag.

If you post her name, somebody can search for the ad and check the pictures on tineye for you. I have NEVER heard of a lady with pictures on websites in Romania or Russia turning out to be a provider advertsing on Dallas Backpage, but the pictures on BP often have hits on foreign sites.
Learn how to use tineye. It's not difficult, you just copy the web address of the ad and paste it into tineye's search engine. It's really quite simple, even for those that aren't very computer literate.

I would strongly caution against seeing any BP ladies if you don't have the benefit of being able to research them first. Trying to narrow them down through a phone conversation is not going to be anywhere near foolproof.

actually Tineye has add-ons for IE, Firefox, Chrome that make it REAL EASY to check on a photo.

go to http://www.tineye.com
click on "Goodies" at the top
get one of the add-ons for your browser
or scroll to the bottom to "Get the bookmarklet for any browser" [a bookmark that's very handy].

after you get the add-on or bookmark, when you're on a webpage w/ photos/images [dont have to be women :^], perform the action to do a tineye websearch of the image.

i like the bookmark cos it goes to tineye.com, downloads all images on the page and lets you search on each image. the add-on only allows you to search for a specific image.
There has been some nice finds have been found on Bp but few and far in between. Although, some of the providers on here advertise on BP. I do think the success rate on BP is much lower and more dangerous. My theory is if you use BP cross reference with Eccie. If nothing pops up, chances are it is bogus. Tineye is another valuable tool and very easy to use. I will use PME advice on downloading the tineye bookmark
I generally stick to reviewed gals now. But, when I used to look on BP, one thing I'd always looked for was a prominent tattoo(s) in her photos. IME, most escorts on BP have tattoos. Most bait and switch pictures (as shown by tineye) are of gals without any tattoos showing or perhaps just a small tattoo that most people wouldn't notice if they weren't looking for it. This makes sense. Gals who are running a bait and switch would not select photos of gals with prominent tattoos because it provides the guy with definitive proof that he's being conned. Of course, this just helps prevent bait and switch and is not any guarantee of good service, which is why I stick with the reviewed providers.

However one could generally tell a professional from a pimp ad

For example.

123*456*7899 its still somewhat readable.

Verses

one2three^four5six#7eight99

123(four five six) 7899
