Texas Roadhouse is a big chain, so it's going to be very hit or miss. Hell, even Babe's is pretty hit or miss. But Babe's is probably the best you can get in the metroplex (consistently).

Anyone know of any steakhouses (not a big chain) that do CFS? This is something that could be a huge draw if Pappas or something got it right.

Thanks for the suggestions. There was a place off I 20 in front of the parks mall years back that was great also can't remember the name tho.
