Jemma, there are several services available; both free and not. If none of the solutions suggested by other people have worked, you have two options.

1. Give the name of the show you wish to watch so that folks can give you a specific solution, or...

2. Google "How do I watch 'Show Name' in the U.S?" If you don't like that, append, "for free?" At the end.
