Officially they are not and probably would risk fines or unwanted visitations from LE.

Unofficially, well, umm... I would suggest trying to call your favorite place and see what happens. I've heard there are a few that are doing UTR appointments.

I'm broke as shit till I get that government check. Hours slashed and business sucks.

I called a few spa, they won't take an appointment either.

The AMP at 35 and Braker next to Whataburger has the neon open sign on.

That said, if they are really open they won't be very long.

I don’t think they ever shut those signs off. Driven by a few places (not spas) where the open sign is on, but they are closed
