Common problem in the area.... rates are a little better if you get out of major DC area and move a little toward Falls Church, Springfield or MD.

I have been considering visiting other places unfortunately I've only stayed in the DC area so I don't know what areas are the best. I do often times get contacted from Maryland as well as Tysons...
Virginia scares me all together just because they have the worst laws they're so strict I need some tips on where to go I suppose what hotels in areas do ladies usually stay in.
the reason is because the Washington Nationals are in the playoffs. So DC is full of fans coming to see them.

its normal in DC, conferences, events, Nats game, etc. there's always something going on in town.

Even though I actually live in DC. I tend to do most of my local sightseeing if you will out in Alexandria, Arlington, Tysons (West Falls Church/Merrifield/McLean/Vienna), Fairfax and Dulles (Herndon/Reston/Sterling/Chantilly).
