Over-zealous moderation in the NOLA AMP section

Dallas Jones's Avatar
Hi - Is it possible to tone down the current over-zealous moderator of the NOLA AMP section? Any posts about AMPs that are not encounters are being moved or deleted. This is a a definite change and makes intel more difficult.

Thanks.

I suggest someone makes an AMP discussion thread in Coed. I do not use AMP in the NOLA area so I will not start it.
The moderators are correct that many of those inquiries about AMP do not belong in the AMP Encounter review thread. Renaming the thread to AMP Reviews and Discussion might be an alternative option if the mods think that’s a better idea.

Over zealous is a bit of a stretch Sir

Nothing is deleted

In most other forums the amp sections are for encounters only this is consistent with the encounter report forums, general conversations are moved to the coed section.

Gentlemen.
The Forum Rules for the Encounter Reports changed post blackout of Eccie per the owners directions.

Pre blackout, the sub Forums for Amps, Studios and Strip Clubs were open for "Reviews and Discussions"

That changed when the site came back online to what it is now.
Here is a portion of the Amp Encounter Forum Header:

Encounters - AMP/Spa - New Orleans Have you experienced an intimate encounter you wish to share with the rest of the community? This is where it’s done.
Hope this clears up any confusion. dj8

That may be the rule, but as far as enforcement, all the other AMP forums for other states allow discussions including NOLA’s AMP section up until the Dr here started going OCD.

Isn’t Dallas the homeland for the owners? Check out their AMP section. Discussions are still routine there.

Seriously show me an active AMP section on this site besides NOLA right now that is moving AMP discussions to Co-Ed

This would easily be resolved by having an AMP discussion in coed, wouldn’t it?
It would keep the AMP encounter free of the discussion clutter.

My current handle is new because I had a provider ID me from a review, but I have been active on this site for years. I think the best resolution is to moderate the AMP section like it was up until two weeks ago. Check it out. Go back through the threads. In the very recent past, If you were discussing AMPs, the thread was allowed in the AMP section.

But If you want to clamp down now, I suggest a sub forum under the AMP section. Honestly, co-Ed is just not the right place to ask questions about AMps.

There are legit on subject questions to be asked. Most of it has to do with current lineups.

As was pointed out previously, the Header states that the Forum is for Encounter Reports.
There is no mention of the Forum being used for Discussions in the Header.

Co-Ed Discussions is used for Hobby related Discussions.
Sandbox is used for Non-Hobby related Discussions.

Based upon the Guidance of the Owners and the Header for the Forums.
Co-Ed Discussions is the correct place for discussing issues/topics of interest concerning AMPs/Spas.
There have always been threads cummerbund AMP'S. I get the rule, but the page isn't at all hard to keep up with. Many people would like to know about certain places before trying.

I was wondering what happened to a thread I made asking about a certain place, now I know. SMH.

You can either LEAVE or accept the rules.
If you want to post a reply or perhaps create a new thread, you should pm it to one of the moderators, allow them to review it, edit it and get back to you with any changes before it can be posted in this forum. Bear in mind, with COVID the board is facing staff shortages which cause delays. There are only FOUR moderators to manage the 6 regular posters in NOLA.

GOOD DAY, SIR!

Time to come back to reality.

The Staff will not review any proposed new Thread.

Bottom line is, Post within the Guidelines and in the appropriate Forums and you'll likely never hear from a Staff member.

This also included utilizing the Encounter Report Templates as they were designed to be used.

Failing to comply with the Guidelines or using the Templates improperly will require the Staff to contact you.
