Premium Account

I'm having issues with my premium account. I just renewed it 20 minutes ago through CCBill, and I haven't been able to access any premium options on the site.

The money was deducted from my account, but no confirmation on the ECCIE side.

Is this just lag, or an issue I need to take up with CCBill?
