Are mods no longer active. I posted a review a few days ago and still haven't received premium access

This site is no longer active in case you haven't noticed. Service, pics and customers are all long gone.

All that remains are a handful of diehards addicted to site banter or those like me who log in every now & then curious to see why the site is even still up.
