Any Commerical Real Estate Agents for Hobby-Related Business?

Are there any commercial real estate agents that can help an adult-oriented business expand their brick-and-mortar locations? We're actively seeking additional locations for our sensual bodyrub studios. Ideally, we'd like a walk-in location with plenty of parking, at least 3 private offices, a bathroom, a lobby or lounge area for the ladies, and either a shower or the possibility of installing a shower at our own expense.
