Etiquette question

I'm from Central Florida, recently moved to Pensacola. I've been to a spa or two here but haven't had much luck overall with an ending I'd prefer. The tipping etiquette is in the room down there with a brief chat about what we'd like. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but I'd appreciate some insight on how to change that up.

It could be where you are going vs what you are looking for. Where have you tried and what sort of ending are you wanting? Maybe explain what you are used to.

The reviews here are pretty good to say where to go. It usually just goes the path it goes. You can always ask for more and so can they, both can say yes or no to their comfort level.
