snick

I knew I'd seen him before.
Wow. Uncanny.

The guy has a substance abuse problem. Anybody see the video of him jumping around in a rage. Jon Stewart said it looked like outtakes from Tommy Boy.

Not just crack, but alcohol abuse (including DWI), and making crude oral sex comments about a woman. And that manic rant about killing a guy in the video above!

Toronto is a huge city and the most important in Canada. How did such a derelict thug get to be mayor? Didn't anyone who knew him beforehand speak up and say "this guy isn't fit to be dog-catcher"?

It is like Mike Tyson getting elected mayor of New York City.

Oh, sweet Jesus, this is a classic.

I should probable start a new thread for it, it is THAT good. But then I would be moving into Whirlagay territory. Here is the link:

http://politicalwire.com/archives/20..._the_year.html

Did he REALLY say that?

Here is the text, in case it is ever deleted on the website:

--------------------------------------------
Quote of the Year

"I've never said that in my life to her. I would never do that. I'm happily married. I've got more than enough to eat at home. Thank you very much."

-- Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, in a statement, on allegations he told a staffer he wanted to "eat her pussy."
--------------------------------------------

I think admitting he DID tell the staffer he wanted to eat her pussy would be less offensive than his denial.

"More than enough to eat at home". Holy shit.

So are you saying your wife has a fat pussy?

Or did you just not realize you were dragging your sex life with your wife into the public arena?

And there is a video of it (the last 10-15 seconds:

The guy has obviously passed over some significant thresholds:
--He really doesn't give a shit what anyone else thinks about him
--He considers himself immune, in the long line of other politicians and gangsters

Does it say more about him or the political process in the US, Canada, or anywhere else?
