That is bad news.
Repressive regimes always seem to come up with the most idiotic notions.
I remember that the Taliban banned children from flying kites, of all things.
The government leaders must be paranoid to think that by oppressing the people, they can retain their hold on power, but I hope the opposite happens.
The world doesn't need more dictators oppressing the people.
The world needs more freedom for the people.
