I have been made aware of a review that has been posted that the provider says did not occur. Is there any process in place to verify or challenge such a review?

Regarding reviews... Can the providers see them as well? Except the ROS of course

Unless they have a male handle, or a WK fills the, in on the ROS then no. There are those special occasions where a guy hits new thread instead of new review and will post everything in the open.
