Attempting to reactivate provider account

Hello,

I am Brooke Banks and I have been a member of eccie since 2010. I recently returned to the industry and I am having trouble regaining provider status access on my eccie account. I have attempted to email the dallas@eccie.net as well as websupport@eccie.net, but I keep getting a message stating that the username does not exist. Could someone please contact me through PM in regards to assistance with this matter. I have 19 reviews from when I used your site previously, and they are all "Yes". Welcome back! I've gotten you your status back, yahoo email is not being nice. They don't want to deliver to us.
