Bad phone number

I stopped by this place couple times but it was always closed. Even called the number which is posted there at their entrance door. The guy on the phone said that someone will come soon, but “soon” was more like 1.5 hours. Looks like 1 woman shop which has it’s benefits (you know what you are getting there) and disadvantages (it’s mostly closed).

I'm not sure, dude. This was my first time trying that place out. It seems it is a one lady place.
