i have experimented with sildenafil (Viagra) a couple of times. I chopped up a 100mg into 1/8ths as my dosage. I have no issues with getting/maintaining erections, but they do make johnny a little big harder and bigger.

The downside, at least for me, was they make ejaculating a LOT more difficult (that may be a benefit for some!). And they made my face flushed, got headaches about 50% of the time and it affected my sleep. I'd talk to your MD or at least know your current health state prior to trying. I am mid 50s and in very good overall physical health, HWP, workout regularly and my testosterone level is at 430.

Sildenafil is available in 20 mg tablets, so it's easier and more accurate to adjust the dose compared to the usual 100 mg tablets.
None of the "afil" drugs, sildenafil, taladafil, vardenafil, etc... will necessarily work for PE (premature ejaculation) or stamina.

They will just make it so you can more easily get an erection but they won't stave off reaching climax if that is your problem. Just saying. That's not what they do.

They block a PDE5 enzyme which interrupts breakdown of cGMP which is largely found in the corpus cavernosa (penis) and the lungs (which is why it lowers BP). I'm assuming that's why the comment above was made about the blood pressure.

It allows you to stay engorged for a long time as a result. But it won't stop climax. And the problem is that it if you climax you may not be able to get excited again. That's my main point. Those "ED" drugs just make getting an erection easier but they won't stop climax.

I take one at late nights or when I’m tired and get huge boners ( 50’s) without any foreplay. Visuals & touching is enough
If you take too much you will have trouble cumming , get irractic heart beats , red face, , long boners and it will raise your blood pressure.
The right amount for your body is key
Trail and error for me until figured 20 for late nights or a half or 10 during daytime is plenty.
Will they help you get hard again AFTER cumming, i.e. round 2 and/or 3?

I’ve used N.O. Xplode pre workout powder which can be found at GNC and online. Someone on here recommended it in a previous discussion on this topic. Works for me. It opens blood vessels to deliver more oxygen for workouts. Helps me get a 2nd pop inside an hour.

Try Running or walking hills and working out first. You’ll feel amazing and ready for anything! Good luck!

So, yes, even after climax it will be easier to get hard. The problem is you may still have issues depending on how well the drug is working, how excited you are after already cumming, and it may not feel as good obviously (i.e. you have not waited and allowed the normal refractory period to take effect). But, yes, it does make getting hard under any circumstances easier. That's the whole point of PDE5 enzyme blockers.

Things that do help with climax or PE issues:
1. Meditation, relaxation exercises, and kegels to strengthen the pubic muscles, learning to edge and then stop it with a strong kegel.
2. SSRI drugs (i.e. zoloft or sertraline) "can" help many people but have other affects you need to consider (such as decreasing libido too much - so you need to start low if it's for PE)
3. Amphetamine salt based Rx (prescription) drugs: adderall, ritalin, methylphenidate, dexadrine.
4. Amphetamine salt based narcotics (not prescribed - DEA Schedule 1 primarily).

FYI I am **not** condoning the use of any of the drugs, *especially* under group [3] or [4] unless you have need for them such as: ADHD, narcolepsy, other sleep disorders or mood disorders, or any dopamine affecting neurological disorders where a doctor has prescribed the use of such drugs.

Special Note: In ABSOLUTELY ZERO cases do I condone the use of any Schedule 1 drug... EVER. All are unavailable for prescription in all cases, no doctor can legally prescribe them, most of which will fall under group [4] above. I only listed them for the purpose of completeness.
