Depends on how you want your seafood cooked?
If you want boiled/steamed shrimps, crabs, king crab legs, oysters - there's Drago's in Jackson, Saltine's in Fondren, Crab's Seafood Shack in Ridgeland, D's Cajun Spot in Ridgeland, and Sal & Phil's in Ridgeland
Now if you want some good ol' fried catfish - Moss Creek in Pearl or go with the tried and true Cock of the Walk in Ridgeland.
