Posting review from past encounter

If we saw a provider during 2-3 months that ECCIE was down, can we post a review about the encounter or does it have to be fairly recent.

Long story short... If it is over 30 days old, can NOT approve it for Premium Access.

It is however, good for practice. Your call.
