Where are they advertising besides rubratings? I have stumbled on a couple new ones but never saw an ad for them?

I don't think any of those sites are very current. You mainly have to keep your eyes open, as you have done. Every now and then I still try one to be reminded why I quit going to them.

Here's a tip:
You don't even need a subscription to rub maps, just look which ones constantly get reviews. I've never paid for a subscription (not ruining anything) but the top one has had 3 reviews in the past 3 weeks.
It's safe to assume that any AMP that has been reviewed recently on that site has one "good" masseuse.
People are putting up at least one review a week.

Hong Spa has 5 reviews in 2019 for a Tina - it's safe to assume she's giving Happy Endings and still is, because a guy just today gave her a review.
