Creating a Site that others could view 24/7 as well as time lapse recordings...

Can this be done?

1) A website created that carried a live 24/7 feed of the desktop of a subject computer
- A Browser would be open at all times.
- A Chat Window would be open for some messenger.
- A Google Voice Window would be open with Text Messaging
- A live video/audio feed from something along the lines of those Google Glasses

2) It would have the ability to "record" everything and allow people to move forward or backwards in time much like security videos

3) It would have an event log for subscribers to be informed of certain time period to review or to log in to watch line.

4) It would have a Q&A forum for subscribers to interact with the operator or each other.

I have both a professional interest in this as well as a hobby related interest in this.

It's purpose would be educational in teaching a subscriber how to do something that requires certain communication skills and the ability to overcome objections when dealing with someone you cannot meet face to face initially....

Discuss openly or PM me if you know what could be used commercially vs if you have some ideas on how you might do this another way.

You could do most of what you are discussing using Google Hangouts. Since it plays on YouTube Live, it is viewable 24/7. I believe you can scroll backwards in time and then forward to the current live time.

You can have recordings saved into a YouTube channel. You can embed both the live stream and recordings into your webpages.

Of course, that depends highly on the type of content you intend to be showing in those windows, too.

You could probably do it with many of these remote desktop programs.

I would recomend PC anywhere or GoToMyPC . Both programs have been around and are pretty reliable.
