I took a look to Adultwork Spanish section, but I found just 4 independent escort girls.. I didn't succeed on PunterNet either. From my experience, at Perla Negra and La Vie en Rose everything is included in their rates (girl, room rental, jacuzzi, 1 free drink...). Also, they have 45 mins. rates which range from 105 to 115 Euros. I know that these prices are a little bit over your budget, Steve, but IMHO they worth it because the places are well located (downtown Barcelona), completely clean, new and modern-styled, and the girls are great too.
