What is "chat" and how do I get there?

what is chat and how do I find and or use it?

Seriously? Go to the top of the page right under the eccie logo there are a bunch of words/links. Click the one that says chat. The rest is even easier than that.

If you couldn't find how to get into chat. I am certain you are going to bump into a rules issue eventually.......I'm just saying!

Are there people on the board now that are so young they don't know what a chat room is? I'm only going to feel better if you're 80 years old or something.

I've read most of them thus far. I still don't know what chat is though
