thinking about getting one of these and would love some feedback. Do they really help with blood flow, erection? Store brands vs luxury brands? Any feedback is appreciated. thanks

I tried one with a provider. The extra sensation and ring made it easier to finish with a condom on. Sometimes I loose sensation with condom on.

yes they do work. even a basic c ring will make you harder/thicker. with me it adds about 1/4" girth and is noticeably harder.
