When i was there earlier this week all seemed fairly close to normal - and probly not ove 30 % of folks wearing masks which i think is good

As of this morning Eves, there were 120 cases in Midland County, 109 in Ector County (Odessa). These #'s are actually very low per capita. Some restaurants started opening last Friday the 8th at a lower capacity, 25% I believe, and heard it's going to loosen even more by next Monday. Hotels are down on price lately as well. If you make the trip, stay safe and hope you do well .
