Obviously I'm a tinsy tired of talking politics. It's more exhausting than a 27 year old wanting to fulfill every act he's seen in porn.

There is zero time I have to watch actual tv except for 1-2 hours each weekend day. What are your top 2-3 favorite shows and why? It's important to include things like, do you love the characters etc.

I get Merlin, southpark, flashpoint, doctor who, but I've been watching south park since 1997 when I was on the mid watch in destin (yes I was actually watching south park on duty. If I have to explain how boring it can be staring at radios to go off you are fired from my thread. We didn't have computers back then. Today I bet they watch porn on their laptops during watch..... Seriously, taking all bets) . I've kind of seen every one at least 3 times. So something new (and I have, I shit you not, 350 south parks. ) and no that doesn't explain why there's nothing else in my head.

So... Ideas? (not, being human, unless you have a really good reason. Ick)

Currently, my top favorite shows would be:

1. Breaking Bad. I'm really interested in shows that have morally questionable characters. In this case, the show is about how a good man can become so corrupted that he essentially becomes the true villain of the story. People should definitely check this out for the performances by Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul and Giancarlo Esposito.

2. Damages. I recently started watching this show and was instantly hooked. It's pretty much a show about lawyers that never takes place in a courtroom. Instead, its all about how far attorney Patty Hewes (Glenn Close) is willing to go to take down adversaries like Ted Danson and John Goodman (The "villains" of seasons 1 and 4 respectively). In addition, the show also deals with Patty's protege Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) and whether she will become just as ruthless as her mentor.

3. Justifed. Inspired by the works of Elmore Leonard, whose works have been adapted before into films like Jackie Brown and Get Shorty, Justifed is a quirky and compelling show about Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant, who also appears in Damages), a Deputy U.S. Marshall who must deal with the rampant crime in Harlan County, Kentucky which ranges from Neo-Nazis to the Dixie Mafia. The show is worth a watch just for the dialogue alone.

Raylan: “What do you make of a man who divorces his wife, then gets her pregnant and then thinks of moving in with her?”

Boyd: "Well, Raylan, you're talking to a man who's sleeping with his dead brother's widow and murderess, so if you're looking for someone to cast stones at you on this matter, I think you've picked the wrong sinner."
