Visiting Kansas City This Weekend

My daughter and I are coming up to Kansas City this weekend the 25th & 26th to visit her mother and my son.

I will have a room in the Independence / Blue Springs area. I’m not sure if my daughter will be staying with me or will stay with her mother.

If she stays with her mother, I may have some free time to kill on Friday and/or Saturday evenings. I would appreciate it if you all have any suggestions on something fun to do that might be available on short notice.
