Well, I guess they didn't follow the advice of their own study. A few years ago I read SF did a study and decided they would save (I think) estimated $2M/yr by ignoring prostitution.

I remember a previous post about this sort of thing a while back. So much for "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law". Of course, that would have to mean that The Constitution still meant something in this country whose elected officials and bureaucrats trample on it every day.

They have been doing that sort of thing for over ten years in the KC area. Back then it was run on tv and the fucktards were chasing streetwalkers. As far as constitutional issues, they got around it by using the public records laws. If its part of its a public record its fair game.
