Matt Barkley for president!

Watching him control the offense Sunday brought back shade's of the Jim Kelly era,was he that good or was the Jet's defense AWOL? pity we have to wait two weeks to see if he is for real or yet another mediocre qb playing over his head for one game! Will he be given the opportunity to actually play and potentially win some games or will we have to put up with Josh Allen's erratic, overthrowing simply because he is Josh Allen?

Big shake up of team. Cut starting defensive back, benched lineman, promoted receiver from practice squad to starter, started journeyman quarterback. This bunch of players seemed to want to win.

Coach McDermott announced that Josh Allen is starting at quarterback after the bye week so Barkley will have to settle for VP.
Let's just hope he gets to stay on the ticket....at the start of the season they let go the WRONG QB then ( A J Mac) ...50/50 chance Anderson /Peterman .....woops just got update Nate the interceptor OUT.....
Barkley without a doubt should be the starting QB for the next game. He's definitely earned it. Let Allen watch a PRO and LEARN. Peterman's finally GONE!

It’s a tough call. You run the risk of getting him hurt again or worse yet knocking the confidence right out of him. There’s something to be said about developing your rookie qb from the sidelines. Think Mahomes.

What are the chances another team will sign Nate?

About the same as the prez not tweeting for a day, lol.
Aaron Rodgers was a Farve backup at least 3 years. This age of participation trophy players. They wouldn’t wait that long and if they ever were tapped to play in an emergency. It would be like that one guy that didn’t care to even look at the playbook. Barkley or Allen are still not the Bills future QB. But I will say for once a backup QB in Buffalo came to play the game.

The team has had a poor history of attempting to develop their drafted quarterbacks, J.P Losman, E.J.Manuel,etc. Clearly, Josh was a poor choice compared to Mayfield and Darnold who both proved to be better than him, he can sit on the bench and take notes but that does not address his inaccurate passing abilities that have followed him from his college play.We should not have to suffer several more losing seasons waiting for him to develop when it appears Barclay can win games for us right now!
President?? I vote for Nick Mullens
