I went to Catholic Schools K-12, so we never had to listen to what the Government demanded. But I will say, once in HS, the gender neutral bathrooms would become an issue. We were all horny teenage boys at one time. Then again, we didn't have cell phones. I think the girls would have noticed a VHS Camcorder peeking under the stall.
