Guys: Is the economy affecting how you hobby now?

The inflation issues are not affecting me pursuing the hobby, the problem I am having s finding providers I want to see.

Gas prices are an issue and I live in CA. I filled up the car this week at $5.27/gallon. I work from home, my favorite sushi place is a 15 minute walk, three large grocery stores within a 20 min walk. The only time the car leaves the garage is when I want to go somewhere.

There has been some inflation, the sushi dinner now costs $70 instead of $62 and my grocery bill has gone up probably a $100.

Yes, inflation is a big issue if you have a large family or your a road warrior, but for me is not a problem.

I hopped in the car with my favorite provider last weekend and drove to Tahoe for a night.

I am doing good..never raised my rates,even though its higher to travel now...and my setvice quality still stays top-notch!

I have a boatload of repeats most places I travel and they keep me booked.

So far everything seems OK for me, but I'm scared that won't last. I see items go up several times a month. People must be feeling a punch.

Yes, wife and I went back to swinger groups. Our income is fine it’s just that the industry has shot up a whole nother level.

It’s probably us we lost the zeal of finding the new unicorn stuff. Back to swinger groups for awhile and the crazy fuckery of that group. We got turned off by the upcharge in the past year or so from escort. We were told couples take more effort. Lol

I'm not a hobbyist, but if you are asking whether it has effected my sexual practices; then yes to a certain extent it has. It has not had a drastic effect, but I would say mild to moderate effect. It's become much harder to find girls who provide good overall value

Most Hobbyista are folks with a financial cushion I am sure. You have got to be doing relatively well in life to be able to step out with the ladies at all. . . .which is great.

I am doing OK just now. Not very active in the HW though. Retired now with a comfortable but fixed income. Recovering from hip replacement surgery. Living with family with littler independence of action. So, little to no hobby activity just now.

And now, into the Way-Back Machine (who remembers that"): In the old days (1974-'75), just starting out in life; newly wed and under the age of 25 . . .we were living from paycheck to paycheck. On a payday Friday, we would go to a near by Kroger store and cash my check. I recall walking beside the cart with one hand in my pocket clutching all of it in a role of $20 bills. Spent a huge chunk of it on groceries. What was left would go into the checking account and that went to pay bills. Not much was left.

Back then, if the economy had inflated as it has done this year (~8%?) we would have drowned. Likely, the outfit I worked for would have tanked as well. Which happened first is an open question.

Today, there must be millions facing those questions.

I'm sure there's some here that would say they have felt it from a companions end.. but I've always been a "neccesities" type.. if it isn't essential I'm not gonna indulge just to do it.. I've also always been a low admittance lady so I can't say I have noticed a difference other then less crap from my inbox from that other site where apparently people lost their reading and comprehension abilities..
