Can you imagine if the playoffs were in NOLA how many fans would end up having to go to AA meetings. With all the strong drinks in NOLA it would be easy for an out of towner to become an alcoholic easier than say if they drank a Natural Light and watched golf?
I can only imagine die hard football fans going back home after the Super Bowl, but what about basketball fans.

Over 24 hrs later this thread only has 123 views when the last NBA thread had over 2000 in 4 days. Hmmm....Interesting.

When I read the title, I thought it was going to be another policy / preference thread. I agree though, NOLA tends to bring out the best hangovers in me lol

I was testing it and trying to lighten up all of the seriousness. I guess if on average say 100 readers view a thread and re view it once a reply has been made, then the views on the the NBA... I just dont get it thread should be around 10,000 now. Maybe readers eventually had enough of it before it was closed.

I didn't attend but I'm sure our guests left our city in recovery.

I've attended the Zurich Classic on several occasions and must say the Alcohol consumption doesn't waiver much.

I assume the OP didn't garner much attention or feedback originally because it appeared to be derived from factitious intent as referenced from your above statement, although I too had a chuckle or two from it..

At first I thought, oh hell...what now. Then I read it...LOL
