Having trouble logging into chat

For the last day or so I haven't been able to log on to chat. It always hangs up witht the notation of "waiting for http://www.eccie.net/ecciechat.php...". I have cleared cookies, logged off, rebooted, etc - all the usual things. Still no progress.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind.
It had to do with an internet security program that was pre-installed on my laptop.
Uninstalled it. Problem solved.
