About time..........we had to tolerate this bullshit for 6 months; but in the end our City Council got it right.
I generally don't support sin taxes, or taxing something to discourage the use. And the plastic bag tax was the worse kind of such a tax. If Council really wanted to clean up Dallas and rid of plastic blight; they should tax plastic bottles. Those are the real culprits.
