Nope no excuses. Even the Democrats are saying it should be delayed.

I did not have trouble signing one parent up via phone the first year it came out and the other 2 years later. Pharmacists complaining about long wait times and people not having their cards...evidently somebody hasn't spent time waiting at a CVS counter.

There's other factors the libtards aren't taking into account...

No body is getting fined for not having Plan D insurance.
No one's insurance premium didn't rise because of Plan D insurance.
