Agree! Lots of options now in Austin. Do your homework and have a plan B.

At Just Relax there is always at least 2 providers working. I too usually make an appointment and if I get the "they're busy" excuse, show and tell them the appointment on my phone. If I'm not digging who answers the door I simply ask who else is working and ask to meet them.
