There arent anymore. They are encounter reports 
Im sure some where around here there is a sticky note for you guys.
The format seems to look the same. I went and looked at a few. Still putting those damn acronym's but yet they arent supposed to be in our updates. Thats backwards lol. So yup its pretty confusing.
