I personally know multiple girls who will change names as soon as they know a review has been posted. Also know a few that use multiple names just for plausible deniability. Many mongers can't get the name right due to accents. One might hear Loni, but she may be saying Toni, Lori, Rorie, Barie, etc. so no, that wouldn't concern me.
