Central Dallas slow

Why is everything concentrated up north in the Addison and GBT area? Not much happening in the central Dallas area.

No idea. Uptown and downtown, and maybe Deep Elum are best for me. I go north of Northwest Highway about once every three months.

We are around... Just playing it safe is all.. I'm always around off 35 and market center for the downtowners and frequent visitors in the area!
