Google or do a reverse image search the name Cortana Blue. This ad is fake and multiple ads in different cities.

Half the ads on there are scams. I think her location is a pretty good indicator without having to do an image search.

The ad ending with "a deposit is required" should be all the info you need to know that it's a scam
