Computer running slowly?

I just hated the time I was spending surfing around and finally called Grande. The tech support can help you run a speed test and I did.

What should be 8000 was 1800.

I unplugged router and modem and waited, then plugged in again and now I'm up to 9000. So much faster.

Figured it might help one person.

Yep. Sometimes the routers can get torqued and a reset such as the one you did usually does the trick. Glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.
