Booster didn't separate. Tough lessons will be learned and they'll come back a little wiser for the next try.

I'm glad this was an unmanned test and no one was physically injured.
Elon said beforehand he didn't expect it to be 100% successful.

Elon is doing some great things. The test was very successful in making the launch which was the main objective. It was only the secondary objective that failed. And Elon had even said before the launch the whole mission had only a 50% chance of success. That is how scientific development works
