3rd request for account deletion. Why won’t Eccie delete my account after 3 requests? What does it take to get your account deleted? What am I missing here?

I’ve contacted the administration directly as well as posted requests on this forum. What am I doing wrong? What does it take to get your account deleted? Am I not following proper procedure?
