Whether you like them or not, crop tops are once again a summer staple.
And now men are getting in on the belly-baring action.
Savvy social-media users recently pointed out that ASOS is selling a wide assortment of crops and tube tops for men, and, well, people aren't really sure how to feel.
"I give up," one Twitter user wrote, sparking a flood of commentary about whether or not the so-called "moob tubes" are really going to take off.

Why in the Political forum - this clothing trend is clearly a boon for the DPST's gender identity blurring politics.
One knows not whether to address this as Mr. or Ms. or "Whatever"
Bound to be a favorite with LGBTQ community
And a legal opportunity for wearers - Address them wrongly, and get sued for "emotional distress"!!!
Me - to borrow from Pink Floyd - "Run Like Hell"!
there were crop top t shirts back in the day for guys

I remember grey t shirts that went approximately to the bottom of the rib cage

I used to wear them in football when we worked in shorts helmets and t shirts

I also wore them under shoulder pads in full uniform and when running track

No, Victorians Didn't Cover Up Table Legs Because They Were Too 'Sexy'

https://www.atlasobscura.com/article...-covering-myth

The gag that stuck-up Americans were covering their furniture out of modesty was quickly adopted by the British media, appearing in newspaper stories and music hall songs, according to the writer Tony Perrottet. But over time, what started as a joke about Americans morphed into a broadly held belief about Victorians in general, maybe even especially the British.

Ohh good Lord! Not a fan of crop tops on women either.

The right picture reminds me of the fishnet shirts for me in the late 80s.

Let's hope this trend disappears quickly and the men's fishnet shirt off the 80s never comes back.
