Is there an area in Austin similar to Harry Hines in Dallas?

Most HEBs have customers that dress very similar to Harry Hines but not sure their going rates

The Austin Street scene has been dead for many years. What little out there is ladies who are residentially challenged, or males in disguise.

I have very rarely seen SWs on Harry Hines between 2010 and 2018 when I would visit. And Austin no longer has SWs from what I hear.

Areas where there used to be SWs in Austin:
Oltorf, Burton and Riverside(there were several faggots dressed as women in this area)
E Cesar Chavez
E 12th, particuarly near Harvey. Mostly BSW.
St Johns
Powell, Georgian, Rundberg, Wonsley and i35 southbound ramp between Rundberg and Wonsley used to be great. But there were transvestites in that area too.
