Your best bet is to drive to Springfield.

You will get a few traveling ladies during the summer. I have seen sonora there once. There is another lady that comes down from springfield occasionally. Think her name is remington but have not seen her and is on stg.

I have met Candy and Remington there in the past. They don't live in Branson but if you call/text them they might meet you there. If you cruise the strip in the afternoon/evening you might find someone.
