Anyone just step back from hobbying before?

On a hiatus from hobbying. I've never hobbied that consistently but I've been working on getting myself in shape. So far lost 20 lbs. May get back into it after I lose another 20 or so.

Have anyone else just laxed the hobbying duties before? Care to share your reasons why?

I got out because of my schedule and I also had a civie relationship, but she started to acquire feelings and wanted more time so I had to let it go and now I'm back !
I used to hobby semi regularly 5 or 6 years ago but as a married guy I started to develop a quality conscious about it and pretty much stopped. For some reason I got that itch to hobby again a few months ago and have been having a lot of fun but I still have that internal struggle going on inside my head.
