An asian nail worker in Falls Church, VA got raped.

I heard that there is an asian nail salon owner/worker in Falls Church got raped in her own store back in January 28, 2012. The cops instead of arrested the rapist, they arrested the victim by accusing her being a prostitute. She has video in the store to prove for her case but the court did not accepted the video. I only heard about this case through another person so if anybody knows anything else please post.
