Loophole???

Im form Los Angeles home of doing shit on film for money. I've always wondered why dont providers or clients make it easier and "set up a photo shoot"? Just print out a photo release sign it snap one pic - then do whatever...you can rip up the release afterwards?

Im still trying to figure out why sex is legal unless pay for it...regardless I know adult photo shoots are legal even if you pay for it. So instead of all the cloak and dagger- why not just all become freelance photographers? Am I missing something

It's either carkido or Jack Flash - I can't quite tell for sure.

Pretty sure it's Oliver Stone.............
he has a point. Porn stars get paid to fuck but because it's on camera it's legal....

Depends on the jurisdiction, and the local ordinances. There's a reason that most professional porn is shot in the San Fernando Valley.
Wonder how many jobs would be created by legalizing prostitution. You obviously need doctors to certify they are clean, hotels for the action, more doctors to treat sexually transmitted diseases, and schedulers. Imagine if we tax it, we be debt free by next Thursday lol

I think the IRS may want some of the pie if everybody was a freelance photographer and took that defence when you were busted...ijs

Some of us already have sin. You also need a DBA, and there are some other rules that apply though. It is legal to shoot in Texas but not to distribute so the company has to be based in an area that it's legal.

Part of the thought is good. I remember a old issue of maxim that said the best way to see if the working girl is a cop is to ask if you can pay for pics of her boobs no face. A sw would say sure but a cop wouldn't, its no crime or legal issue at all on a boobie pic.
Maybe the closest thing to a loophole we have in TX is that whole bp disclaimer about "money is exchanged for time and companionship".

And no I'm not saying it will hold up in court, it's just the only thing I can think of that comes close.

It's 8:47 right now, lemme see how long it takes LexusLover to chime in...lol!

Kinda hard to claim being a freelance photog with one of these...
