Going To Work Downtown This Week?

Please consider bringing some donated items with you & leaving them at an easily accessible drop point so I can personally deliver them to the GRB Monday & Tuesday night. As well as, possibly Wednesday, Thursday & Friday depending on the need.

The drop point will be on San Jacinto Street. Parking is free & right in front of the business & the donation box will be just inside the door. You can simply drop your donation in the box. I'll come by & get the box before the business closes & take it over to the GRB myself. It will literally take you 20 seconds.

I just left the GRB & they are in need of used blankets & pillows. Womens, mens, childrens & babies clothes & shoes. Toys are also greatly needed for the little ones. Just about all basic items they are in need of.

And while their efforts to collect goods should not be minimized, I can tell you that the drop off process is not that easy. Since it is the GRB, there is no where to park & simply run the items in. If you are in a rush, your intentions may be well, but your time may be short, so I figured I'd get with a local business that will be open this week so you can easily drop your donations off there.

If you are interested, please PM me or text me for the location. I will reply tomorrow morning.

I'm excited to see how this turns out!

Thanks for the donations thus far y'all. I took a huge plastic bag over last night.

As of now, they are NO LONGER accepting clothing donations. Food and personal care products are needed the most. Also towels, blankets and pillows.
